How to upload a document for proofreading

Most of the content we deal with is in document format. There are four stages involved in sending a document to us and having it proofread.

1. Upload your document using the document submission form;
2. we will check its size and complexity and send you a quote via e-mail to complete the work;
3. if you are happy with the quote, you pay using PayPal;
4. we will proofread your document and return it to you ASAP. You will receive one copy with suggested alterations (using Word's track changes feature) and a second copy with all of the alterations already made.

If you have content for proofreading that is not in document form, such as website content, then just make an enquiry using our contact form for details of how to send your content to us.

The advantage of doing it this way is that you can be certain that we have your document after you've uploaded it and we can be sure that you've given us a valid contact e-mail before any payment is made or work is done.
